Hyatt Regency Jeju, ‘Taste OF Jeju’

HYATT REGENCY JEJU [October 1, 2013] Hyatt Regency Jeju has introduced an exclusive selection of dishes and desserts featuring local organic ingredients with a “Taste of Jeju” promotion at Terrace Café, available until 31 October 2013.

Chef’s exclusive seasonal selection comprises a sumptuous six course menu. Taste of Jeju includes Jeju organic ingredients: chicken, carrot, spinach and blueberries. Young Sprout with Jeju Tangerine Dressing as a starter, or the clean yet sweet flavour of Jeju Carrot Soup. Home-made Fettuccini Pasta with Organic Spinach and Walnut Cream and Grilled Organic Young Chicken with Sautéed Potatoes and Balsamic BBQ Sauce are presented as main dishes. Last but not least, healthy blueberries designed into a mousse with your choice of tea or coffee makes for a delectable dessert. Individual and unique dishes and desserts are enhanced by the flavour and freshness of the high quality organic products for a healthy yet delicious meal in Jeju. Taste of Jeju is priced at KRW70,000 (including tax and service charges).
