Octoberfest dinner buffet bringing german tradition to kili cafe and terrace

SAIPAN, MP (October 2013) – Hyatt Regency Saipan is inviting guests to experience the world-renowned Bavarian culture that is Oktoberfest. On 4 October, 2013, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Hyatt’s culinary team will offer traditional delicacies of Germany such as Barbecue German Sausage, German Soft Pretzels, House-Made Sauerkraut alongside an extravagant spread of German specialties.
Also known as “die Wiesn,” Oktoberfest at Kili Café and Terrace is a dinner buffet priced at US$50 per person and US$35 for Club at the Hyatt members. With all-you-can-eat German specials, and free-flowing wine, German style beer and iced tea, both tourists and local guests can enjoy a night of good food, cheer and tradition.

Saturday night live at the timber house - live performance by ‘FELLAS’

The Timber House, Park Hyatt Seoul’s live entertainment bar offering authentic Japanese cuisine complemented by a selection of premium beverages from Sushi/Sake/Soju Bar, Cocktail Bar and Whisky Bar, presents “SNL (Saturday Night Live)” with special live performance by the band “FELLAS” from October 12 to November 30, every Saturday from 9:30pm to 12:00 midnight.

Formed under the meaning ‘close friends’ by five members, the “FELLAS” led by duo vocals Cho Dong-Ho and Lee Dong-Wook is one and only R&B soul band in Korea. The band’s talents and performance skills have been proven when they appeared on KBS TV’s survival program <Top Band Season 2> in July 2012, in which they made to the top 16. Pursuing ‘Neo Soul’, a newly formed genre during the movement among Black American musicians in 1990’s to revive the soul music that was popular in the 1960’s~1970’s, the band reinterprets the long-lost genre into a modern sound with their distinctive tone color and character. Indulge in Saturday night fever at The Timber House while enjoying premium beverages and authentic Japanese cuisine complemented by FELLAS’s live music with exciting rhythms and bounce that trigger guests’ emotional sensibilities. The live performance is offered complimentarily for all guests visiting The Timber House.

Every Saturday when the “Fellas” performance is presented, special set menus are additionally offered at special prices. Set menus include ‘Cocktail Set’ serving two cocktails with snacks, ‘Champagne/Wine Set’ serving a bottle of premium champagne or wine with snacks, and “Whiskey/Vodka Set’ serving a bottle of premium whiskey or vodka with snacks. Hyatt Regency Incheon Holds Tenth Anniversary Reception

INCHEON (SEPTEMBER 24, 2013) – Hyatt Regency Incheon holds its tenth anniversary reception on 24 September to celebrate ten years of authentic hospitality and the expansion of the hotel. On this occasion, “West Tower”, the hotel’s new building is also being unveiled.

Under the slogan “Ten years of authentic hospitality and a future twice as exciting”, the celebration reception shows the hotel’s authentic hospitality achievements and history, as well as introducing the brand new tower.

Having started construction in March 2012, West Tower is now coming to the end of exterior construction and is set to open in July next year. With 500 guestrooms in the new building, the hotel will have total of 1,023 rooms and will be the largest Hyatt hotel outside of North America.

With the hotel extension, Hyatt Regency Incheon will actively be marketing activities to target domestic and international business travellers, MICE, honeymooners and leisure guests. In particular, the hotel will focus on attracting meeting, convention and exhibition business as a hub of airline traffic from all around the world.

West Tower Introduction

Park Hyatt Seoul's “MASTERS OF FOOD & WINE” event

On Friday, September 27, Park Hyatt Seoul will proudly host the "Masters of Food & Wine", an exclusive event that brings together exquisite fine dining and the world’s finest wines at Cornerstone. Under the theme “Nuevo Latino”, the event will feature welcome drinks and an exquisite Latin American dinner with matching cocktails, all complemented by an exciting live tango performance by professional dancers. 

Upon arrival, guests will be offered a welcome cocktail and Park Hyatt Seoul’s executive chef, Massimiliano Ziano, and Cornerstone chef, Federico Heinzmann, from Argentina will present an exquisite six-course dinner. Cooked in Latin style with multicultural influences, the menu includes Argentinean grilled food, Peruvian ceviche prepared with fresh fish, lemons, limes and spicy peppers, Peruvian tiradito made with raw fish (similar to sashimi and carpaccio) in a spicy sauce, and Costa Rican gallo pinto made with rice, beans and more. Each course will be paired with various Latin cocktails created with a base of either cachaca, Brazilian sugar cane hard liquor, or Peruvian pisco, a grape brandy, or Latin American wines to maximize the delicate flavors of the dishes.

Between 7:00pm and 8:30pm during the dinner, a sensual and passionate live tango dance performance will be presented to highlight the event. This classic Latin tango originated in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and embraces the joys and sorrows of the European immigrants in the 19th century. Professional dancers will express love, passion, romance and sorrow through a splendid and rhythmic tango. The event is priced at KRW 140,000 per person, including tax. No service charge applies.
