My Bintan Lagoon Experience

This post is about my first experience travelling to Bintan, Indonesia. From Singapore to Bintan, Indonesia you need to travel by ferry to reach the Island of Bintan. We left the tanah merah ferry terminal at around 5:45 pm and reached the island of Bintan, Indonesia at around 7pm Indonesia time. In Bintan we stayed at Bintan Lagoon resort, this resort is consider to be one of the top resort in Bintan with its own immigration facility exclusively for the resort guests.

After completing the immigration process, the resort provides us a shuttle service from the immigration area going to the hotel lobby.

We stayed at the deluxe room of Bintan Lagoon resort facing the kiddie pool of the resort.

The room is nice and clean but it is not sound proof and you can hear the noise coming from the other room. After dinner, we decided to get some rest to prepare for the next day.

The resort has two swimming pools, one big pool for adults and one medium pool for kids. We have spent most of our time at the kiddie pool since my daughter prefers the kiddie pool over the big pool.

The beach is really nice; I totally enjoy the waves and the powdery sand of Bintan Island. If ever I will have another chance to travel to Bintan, I will probably go back to Bintan Lagoon because the place is convenient for travelers.
